1. Data Controller

The Data Controller for the personal data collected through this site is Gian Luca Cecchi, who runs it in a personal capacity for commercial lead generation and to demonstrate the CDPForge platform's features. For any request regarding data processing, you can write to privacy@cdpforge.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect two types of data. The first is what you voluntarily provide through the "Request demo" form: first name, last name, work email, company name, website, and any optional information in the message field. The second is collected automatically while you browse, through a CDPForge instance running on this very site for demonstration purposes: pages visited, browsing behaviour, device and browser used, approximate geolocation derived from your IP address, and identifiers that recognise returning visits. If you fill in the form, this data is merged into a single profile, exactly as would happen for a CDPForge customer's own visitors.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to respond to demo requests, for direct marketing to the requesting company, and to demonstrate live — on the site's own visitors — the platform's identity resolution, segmentation and predictive scoring features. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, for non-essential tracking, consent given through the cookie banner.

4. Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to handle the commercial request and the demonstration purposes described above and, in case of a subsequent contractual relationship, for the period required by applicable tax and civil law.

5. Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@cdpforge.com.

6. Data recipients

Data may be shared with technical providers that support site hosting, sending communications and managing commercial contacts, appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
